St. Monica’s Feast Day Celebrated Across the Archdiocese of Agra
The Archdiocese of Agra celebrated the Feast of St. Monica with deep devotion and community enthusiasm across its various parishes. The occasion was dedicated to honouring women, recognizing their vital contributions to the Church and family life, and promoting charitable action.

The celebrations commenced with a solemn Eucharistic Celebration in the parishes. Priests offered special prayers for all women, drawing inspiration from St. Monica’s life of persistent prayer, faith, and devotion. During the service, parish committees warmly welcomed and honoured the women of the community, acknowledging their ongoing dedication to both their families and the parish.

Following the Holy Mass, the festivities moved to the church grounds, where vibrant stalls were set up by parish members and youth groups. A wide variety of food, games, and handcrafted items were featured to engage parishioners.
