Overview
A Goal 2 awareness session was conducted for 24 women at St. Ignatius Loyola Parish, Bhiwadi, by Susan Fernandes, under the evaluation of Sr. Greta. The session covered gender sensitization, gender-based violence, POCSO and POSH. The informative PowerPoint presentation provided by Mrs. Neelam Chopra was used throughout the session, along with several illustrative videos. The topics were explained in a clear and practical manner, followed by interaction and discussion with the participants.

- Awareness of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the workplace.
- Promoting a safe, respectful and harassment-free environment.
Interaction and Participation
The participants were actively involved through questions, discussion and interaction. The ladies responded well to the session, and several concepts became clearer through the examples and videos. The interactive approach helped create an open and comfortable environment for learning and sharing.
Personal Learning Experience
Conducting the session was a valuable experience for me. Explaining the topics to the participants helped strengthen my confidence, improve my understanding and gain deeper knowledge of the issues. The opportunity to interact with the women also encouraged me to communicate the concepts more effectively.

Conclusion
The session concluded with a short prayer and feedback from Sr. Greta. A lunch was also arranged for the women. Overall, the programme was informative, interactive and meaningful, with the support of the parish and Executive Team contributing to its smooth conduct.
