Dear Diocesan Secretaries,

Greetings of Peace and Blessings!

In order to ensure effective communication, accountability, and respect for the established structure of the CCBI Commission for Women, Agra Region, all members are requested to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Representation of the Region

Whenever you participate in any meeting, workshop, seminar, conference, or programme outside your Diocese while representing the Region, the Regional Secretary and the Regional Chairman should be informed in advance.

2. Submission of Feedback

After attending any Regional or National meeting, members are requested to return to their respective Dioceses and share the proceedings, learnings, recommendations, and outcomes with their Diocesan Bishop. A brief feedback report should also be submitted for the records of the Region.

3. Presentation of Diocesan Pastoral Plans

Members are encouraged to present and discuss their Diocesan Pastoral Plans to their respective Bishops and also during relevant meetings and interactions so as to promote collaboration and mutual learning among the Dioceses.

4. Invitation to Higher Authorities

Whenever a higher authority or office bearer of the Commission is invited to a Diocesan programme, the Regional Secretary should be informed beforehand. The matter will then be communicated to the Regional Chairman Bishop to ensure that proper protocol, respect, and courtesy are maintained.

5. Official Communication

A common Regional email ID will be shared with all Diocesan Secretaries for official communication, correspondence, and submission of reports.

The Regional Email ID Is:
