A leadership formation meeting was successfully conducted at Tambesra Parish in the Banswara Deanery of the Diocese of Udaipur. During the gathering, a new parish women's group was formally constituted, and seven women leaders were elected to strengthen and coordinate the mission and activities of the Women's Commission at the parish level.
The formation session focused on deepening the participants' understanding of the Seven Sacraments, with special emphasis on the Holy Eucharist and the Holy Mass. The resource persons explained the significance of the Eucharist as the source and summit of Christian life, encouraging the participants to actively and faithfully participate in the celebration of the Holy Mass.
The meeting was effectively facilitated by the Resource Team members, Mrs. Kusum Rawat and Mrs. Nirmala Rawat, who guided the sessions with dedication and enthusiasm.
A total of 75 women participated in the meeting, making the programme a meaningful and faith-enriching experience. The gathering concluded with a renewed commitment from all participants to serve the Church wholeheartedly and to strengthen the faith life of women in their parish and deanery.
